Glass Facades

As of late, this system has gained popularity as viable replacement to the traditional silicone facade system. Glass is safely secured in place by virtue of a specialised clips inserted into the glazing slats called tougle both vertically and horizontally to the underlying profile structure. The grout between the glazing is then filled and sealed with silicone. This method was developed as a more economical alternative to the structural silicone system, as the costs associated with frames and bonding processes are hereby eliminated.

Aluminium Joinery

Aluminum joinery offers hundreds of color and texture alternatives, water and air impermeability performance values, thermal insulation performance, acoustic insulation, static strength, fire resistance, etc. It is far ahead of its competitors in many aspects. With the quality of accessories, it can provide trouble-free service for many years. Aluminum joinery, which is generally divided into two as heat-insulated and non-heat-insulated, offers heat barrier alternatives in different widths and alternative series suitable for regional climatic conditions. High clearance needs, fire resistance, burglary security, bulletproofing, acoustic demands, etc. has special solutions in line with the needs.

Cold Wall Cladding

Composite sheets having the highest application percentage as cold facade application are divided into groups as A2, B1 and B2 in terms of fire classification apart from color and pattern groups. Being a light coating material, practical and economical compared to other alternatives are among the main reasons for preference. The composite board application, which has many domestic and imported brand alternatives, can be applied on a silicone-filled, open-joint, iron or aluminum construction, in an individual or facade system.

Skylihgts

The system consists of the main carrier structure, secondary steel construction (if necessary) and aluminum glass carrier profile system. Glasses, depending on the system detail, can be fixed on aluminum construction with pressure profiles, special clips or bonding process. Upon request, smoke extraction solutions inside the skylight can be applied. Our company has successfully completed thousands of m² of skylight applications such as planar, dome-shaped, vault-shaped.

Balustrade

We can consider the balustrades in two main categories; as metal carrier and glass carrier systems. Metal carrier systems can be stainless or aluminium construction, glass body, safety profile, rope tension. Glass carrier systems can be applied with aluminium base, aluminium burial anchor and SDG burial anchor. However, special solutions specific to the project can also be applied by our company.

Decorative & Functional Facade Elements

Expanded mesh panel, is accordance with static requirements and regulations, are fabricated my pressing and pulling of various thicknesses of aluminum sheets. the openings and spacing sizes can be made to client and/or project specs. These applications can be preferred to allow for ventilation, shading, or even decorative purposes. They can be attached both on catwalks or directly onto the facade.

Other Facade Applications

Whether intergrated into the facade or not, canopy applications can be either glass or altenative solid coatings (composite sheets, ceramics, etc.). Generally counter-levered by suspension elements the load-bearing components may be fabricated out of materials like steal, stainless steal, concrete, etc.
